We hope you are satisfied with your purchase at Smith Botique. If not, you have the option to return your order under the following conditions.
RETURNS
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, you can return your items within 30 days of receiving your order. The following conditions must be met:

The product must be returned in its original condition, including all parts, accessories, and packaging.

Signs of normal handling are acceptable, but damage caused by negligence will result in refusal.

Products related to personal hygiene must be properly cleaned before return.

If the product is defective upon arrival, please notify us immediately.
Please note: We do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns are processed within 7 working days after receipt and inspection. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item appears used or damaged through improper use.

Once we receive your request, we will provide the correct return address. Do not return the parcel to the sender address — it will not be accepted.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
If you are a consumer (a natural person acting for non-commercial purposes), you have a legal right of withdrawal:

If your parcel is already in transit, please wait for delivery, then submit a return request as described above.
